She has done a great job ensuring that we understood the process fully and has been highly responsive at all times including Sunday mornings at 7 am. I have had many questions along the way and she either responds via email always before the end of the day and all calls are either answered or returned within 60 minutes. She has provided invaluable guidance from the time we contemplated selling and throughout the entire process.
